DUNE publication policy

Stefan Söldner-Rembold, the DUNE Speakers Committee chair, has recently been approached with questions regarding proceedings. The document governing publication of these and other DUNE results, Publication and Analysis Approval Policies and Authorship Rules, approved by the DUNE institutional board in May 2016, is maintained in DocDB 1115. A publications committee will soon be formed and the DUNE collaboration is actively searching for a chair.

“The goal of this document is to establish procedures for the approval of public results and publications for the Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment (DUNE). All DUNE results intended for public dissemination at conferences, seminars, or as publications must be approved according to these policies. A stated goal of DUNE is to provide high-quality experimental results and to make them publicly available in a timely way through well written documents in refereed journals.”
